PLEASE NOTE: As of Monday 13th February we will no longer accept cash payments for parking.

Sitting above St David's is a 2,000-space contemporary 24-hour car parking facility, which for shoppers, will be one of the best priced places to park in the city centre. The car park is safe and secure with a 24-hour CCTV system monitoring the 6-storey facility, to ensure after a long-day shopping you don't forget on which level you've parked, our car park is colour coded, uses easy to read and re-call icons and each level is named after a Welsh river! Accessible parking is located on most levels. Only level that doesn’t have accessible parking is level 8.

A second car park of 550 spaces can be found underneath John Lewis. The same benefits apply, only from here you can exit directly into the John Lewis department store in addition to into the centre.

Access to the St David’s multi storey car park after 00:30 is via the Eastside entrance.

Access to the John Lewis car park after the store is closed is via the Eastside entrance.

Mobility 

Our free of charge mobility service is available from 10am - 6pm on Monday - Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. All wheelchair / scooter hires must be returned to the mobility office by 6pm Monday to Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.

The Carwash Company

The Car Wash Company is located on Level 4 of the multi storey car park.

It is a market leader in hand car washing and valeting. Through advances in technology, a focus on retail delivery and customer service it has developed a Better, Cleaner, Smarter and Brighter way for customer cars to sparkle. Prices start at £11.95.

Opening times:

Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm

Sunday 10am - 4pm. 

Bank Holidays: 10am-4pm.

Electric Vehicle Charging

Electric Vehicle Charging is available on Level 5 of the St David’s Multi Storey Car Park comprised of:

• 8 Pod Point chargers points. To use the chargers you will need to download the Pod Point application from the Apple or Google Play store. These charging points are located at the southern end of the car park near the lifts.

Important Notice: As of the 01/09/2022 there will now be a charge to use our Pod point chargers situated on level 5. The way you use them remains the same, but a charge will now show show up to let you know how much it will cost once you finish your session.
