Crispy Shallot Burger
A bespoke vegan patty by chef Neil Rankin with smoky vegan cheddar, beer-marinated crispy shallots, lettuce, and Dijonnaise sauce on a toasted potato bun. The vegan patty is made from roasted mushrooms and onion, miso, bulgur wheat and a blend of spices. Guests will be able to swap out any beef patty on the menu for a vegan one, to make their burger veggie.

Crispy Crinkle Cut Fries
Shake Shack's new 100% vegan crispy crinkle cut fries are topped with beer-marinated crispy shallots, Dijonniase sauce and spring onions.
