Following hugely successful appearances in London, New York, Seoul, Paris, Singapore, Beijing, Taipei and Las Vegas, Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N. has arrived in Cardiff. Book your tickets and you'll be able to access an amazing multi-room exhibition, where you can delve into the super-workings and backstory of each member of The Avengers as they train to become an agent of the S.T.A.T.I.O.N. Try to lift Thor’s Hammer or take a sneak peek at Bruce Banner's Lab. Make a day of it with a trip to one of our restaurants. We can highly recommend US import Slim Chickens if you've worked up an appetite in the S.T.A.T.I.O.N.

Do you enjoy a spot of culture? Go on a culinary journey to Japan at Wagamama and discover your own favourite. We love the prawn raisukaree and the teriyaki chicken donburi, but to be honest there's not a dish we would trun down. The new vegan menu is packed with flavour - the Harusame salad (pictured) and the Avant Gard'n prove that meat-free food can be some of the most flavourful. After your meal, walk across The Hayes and continue your cultural adventures with a show at St David's Hall. They have a packed programme for 2019, which you can discover here.

While away an afternoon with friends at Treetop Adventure Golf on level P3. After working up an appetite, you could head to The Market, which is part of Treetop Adventure Golf, for a drink or a slice of something tasty from Pizza Cabana. Or you could head down to Eastside where you'll find Nando’s. How about continuing the competitive theme of the day, with a spicy game of Wing Roulette (10 wings in a variety of PERi-PERi flavours). Who can handle the hottest wings?
