Cosy up with a hot drink this winter

As the chilly days set in, our favourite coffee shops are unveiling new menus to welcome the season. Sit back, relax and grab a warming cuppa with us...

Yes, that's right, Greggs has jumped on the trend by introducing its own Pumpkin Spice Latte. Now you can grab this ever-popular drink with your bacon bap in the morning or a steak bake in the afternoon and get that warm glow that comes fromthe season's toastiest coffee flavour.

Get set for Insomnia to introduce you to the most Instagrammable drink yet: The Blue Latte. This dairy-free brew, made with oat-based milk alternative Oatly, achieves its unique blue colour from a blend of butterfly pea flower powder and ginger and coconut blossom sugar.

Costa has introduced a cosy seasonal range with its Bonfire Spiced Family. Available as a primo sized latte, hot chocolate or cold brew coffee, this new blend comes with hints of rich caramel toffee and smoky, toasted spices, all topped with crunchy caramel vermicelli.

There's a shiny new menu at Starbucks too, and alongside the classic Pumpkin Spice you can also look forward to the delicious maple flavoured range, which includes everything from a Maple Latte and a Maple Rooibos Tea Latte to the Maple Coffee Frappuccino.

Caffè Nero

Move over Cappuccino. Originating in Australia, the Flat White has become our new go-to coffee of choice. This potent little brew can perk you up at sunrise or give you a boost at lunch. Either way, it’s a perennial favourite and shows no signs of falling out of favour among us coffee fans in the UK.
