St David's Code Of Conduct
Here at St David’s we’re all about great shopping, great food and providing guests with a great experience. As a privately owned property, we’re proud of the role we play as part of our community and want everyone who visits to feel part of it. The happiness and safety of our guests is paramount, that’s why we ask our all our guests to follow the below conditions. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave and/or a banning order being issued:
- Please respect our space – any acts of vandalism will be reported to South Wales Police.
- Please respect our people – we will not tolerate any intimidating or anti–social behaviour that causes harm or offence towards customers.
- Keep access routes clear for emergency services.
- Follow our no smoking policy within the centre, this includes e-cigarettes.
- No bikes, skateboards, rollerblading or all forms of scooters are permitted within the centre.
- No climbing or sitting on any balustrade, barrier, fence, escalator infill or railing.
- Please use lifts and escalators appropriately.
- No alcohol is to be consumed on these premises unless within appropriately licensed premises
- within the centre. Alcohol is not to be consumed within our car park areas.
- Illegal or legal highs are not permitted within the centre.
- No shopping trolleys on the malls.
- You are not permitted to wear full face motorbike helmets within the shopping centre.
- As a guest entering St David’s you are agreeing to be subject to a search in the event of any safety concerns.
- Leafleting, canvassing or the conducting of third–party interviews or surveys are not permitted unless agreed by St David’s centre management.
- The convening or meeting up of cars is not permitted.
- Pets are not permitted in the centre, with the exception of assistance dogs.
- Commercial photography is not permitted without the permission of centre management. We reserve the right to approach any guests taking photographs or filming within the centre.
- No unauthorised busking or selling of goods in the centre, car parks or external spaces.
- St David’s reserve the right to amend this code of conduct at any time.
