Whether it’s missing your delivery time, relying on neighbours or waiting in line at the Post Office on a weekend – the delivery of your online order can be time consuming and frustrating.
St David’s now offers a whole host of Click and Collect services, which allows you to order online shopping and arrange a pickup from the centre at a time that suits you!

Buy online and get your package delivered to the St David’s Information Desk, it’s as easy as that! Follow the three simple steps, below:

RETURN A PARCEL
It’s easy to return a parcel, just follow these simple steps:
Amazon Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your Amazon.co.uk parcels.
Lockers can be found on the lower level of St David’s near L’Occitane and Swatch. Instead of delivering a parcel to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Locker location and pick up your parcel at a time that’s convenient for you. Once your parcel is delivered to the Amazon Locker, you’ll receive an e-mail notification with a unique pick-up code. When you arrive to collect your parcel, enter your pick-up code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.

‘Collect by St David’s’ is a FREE service by St David’s that takes the stress out of shopping online.
Simply order any item from any website*, enter St David’s as the delivery address, and pick up your orders for free at your convenience, whether that’s during your lunchtime, or on a day out shopping on the weekend.
Please note that the service is not available to receieve deliveries on weekends
How it works
Follow this simple, step-by-step guide to use the ‘Collect by St David’s’ service:
1. When making your purchase online, enter the St David’s address for delivery address, as follows:

2. Complete a quick online form here to register your delivery
3. You will receive a bounce-back email confirming you have registered your delivery with us.
4. When your parcel is available for collection, we will send you an email to let you know.
5. Following this, you can pick up your purchase at the information desk (located outside Starbucks on the upper level) within 28 days of delivery date. Please ensure that you bring your confirmation email and photo ID with you in order to collect your delivery.
