You'll find our lifts at Eastside, as well as near Costa Coffee on the lower level and Aunty Anne's on the upper level.
You'll find our toilet facilities located at Eastside on both the upper and lower levels. They include changing facilities for families and adapted facilities for disabled users, including a Changing Places facility.
The Information Desk located on the Upper Level between Bershka and Stradivarius provides free Hidden Disability Lanyards to guests requiring additional assistance while visiting the centre, our stores and restaurants. Subject to availability.
St David’s is committed to delivering a more inclusive retail experience for all our guests and tackling some of the barriers faced by people with autism and their families, including social isolation and a lack of understanding from the wider public.
For example, St David’s provide a weekly quiet hour every Tuesday, between 2pm-3pm. During these quiet hours, St David’s will reduce the amount of music all the centre and in our stores.
We've put together a handy guide for autistic guests to help make your trip to St David's Cardiff more comfortable. It's full of useful information about toilets, lift areas, quiet periods and more. You can check it out here.
