As Diamond Manager, you will primarily support senior store managers and associated colleagues in the effective day to day operations of the luxury showroom and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for wonderful customers and staff. This is a key position where you will be acting manager in the absence of both General and Assistant Managers.
You will motivate, guide and support members of the showroom team in achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly diamond and jewellery targets. Further, you will apply your sound people management skills, imparting training and development to colleagues and assisting with our recruitment processes when required. Overseeing the management and control of fine jewellery, you will liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders on stock and display related matters along with strive to identify opportunities to both increase sales and improving our diamond and jewellery business.
