Muffin Break is a fast-growing coffee shop franchise that are all family owned business under a large known brand who specialise in premium coffee and freshly baked food products such as delicious muffins. We currently have 60 stores in the UK including two in Wales, Newport and Cardiff. We are looking for a special someone to lead our team in our busy and Vibrant Cardiff store that has a passion to excel and a reputation of being a strong leader that is able to increase our customer numbers and sales.
We strive to provide an all-around premium experience for our customers to ensure we have a great place for our customers and staff to come to. We are therefore looking for a strong manager with plenty of enthusiasm, drive and a positive attitude and a person who strives to beat targets whilst providing a premium product.
Reporting directly to the Franchisee/Business owner you will be required to work between around 45-50hrs a week over 5 days which will include early mornings, late nights and weekends. You will arrange all staff rotas, staff training, ordering of stock to name just a few but with the main focus being service standards and customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the Role: To provide an effective, efficient and friendly service, whilst maintaining a flexible and responsive team environment and driving store sales and standards whilst meeting the stores KPIS. A passionate individual who will drive and motivate their teams to maximise their ability to deliver an outstanding unique customer experience, whilst delivering on all aspects of our vision statement.
To present a friendly, positive and enthusiastic nature, whilst displaying a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service is essential for this role. To understand their core divers and controls to ensure the effective management of the store is essential. Target driven and motivated to develop, train, support and enhance the sales, service and knowledge of Muffin Break.
As a Store Manager your focus will be to work with your team to ensure our high standards are constantly met. You must have management and customer service experience and ideally some coffee experience; however, we provide excellent training.

Salary £21,000 - £24,000 with a generous bonus rewarded that increases in line with sales increases and meeting KPIS.
