Job role: National Digital Planner – Shopping Centres

Implement the Retail Marketing strategy and tactical campaigns on Landsec owned digital and social channels, as directed by the National Marketing Manager
Support the business in implementing the digital strategy, pilot projects, new customer channels and new technologies, where required
Collaborate with agency partners to execute digital marketing campaigns and to onboard and implement new digital channels and platforms; support the Agency Manager in optimising our agency partner relationships
Drive increased reach and engagement to the relevant owned platforms of each asset
Plan regional content for each campaign taking into consideration location targeting and centre segmentation
Use consumer insight to develop brand identities and content that resonate with each asset’s core consumer, delivering the appropriate tone of voice and proposition
Ensure content is moderated and deployed for the highest reach and engagement attainable while balancing the needs of Landsec brand partners
Work with social media agency to ensure all occupier offers, promotions are published in line with the 48-hour SLA
Collaborate with asset Retail teams, National Campaign Planners and Shopping Centre Campaign Executives to source content and inform digital campaign planning
Manage analytics and channel performance to enable effective digital KPI reporting
Manage and implement influencer led content across the portfolio, liaising with agencies, National Campaign Planners, Shopping Centre Campaign Executives and Retail Managers to deliver timely and relevant content.
Take the lead on identifying requirements and process for boosting social content with spend, and work collaboratively with National Campaign Planners and Shopping Centre/Outlet Campaign Executive to deliver robust tactical campaigns.
Keep abreast of consumer trends and behaviour, and new and emerging audience channels; identify opportunities and make recommendations where required
Keep abreast of GDPR requirements and ensure all communications and channels are compliant as a matter of priority
