Lolly-Pop-Up Important Information

Please ensure you’ve read the rules and important information before your visit. We can’t wait to see what you dream up!

• 1 ticket is required per person; max of 6 tickets per booking for the event.
• You will only be able to visit this event once, If you have booked slots over multiple days you will be contacted and your second booking will be removed
• You must arrive for your allocated timeslot, if you miss your timeslot we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fit you into another.
• You’re allocated 30 minutes within the Lolly-Pop-Up
• Vegan options will only be available to those who have pre-selected a vegan option when booking their ticket
• Allergen information will be available on the day, It is your responsibility to inform a member of staff of any food intolerances when at The Lolly Pop Up
• You can select a maximum of four toppings. You may only select each topping once.
• You may not change or add toppings once your Ice Cream Lolly is made, so chose wisely!
• All ingredients are in limited quantity and we cannot guarantee all will be available during your timeslot.
• Photography and videography will be taking place within The Lolly-Pop-Up. We will not use photography featuring you unless we’re given permission, if you have any concerns please speak to a member of staff
• The Lolly-Pop-Up is subject to St David’s Terms and Conditions
• You must adhere to St David’s Code of Conduct whilst in The Lolly-Pop-Up and St David’s Cardiff
• Tickets for this event are free of charge for all guests. Any guests suspected of selling or buying tickets may be denied entry to the event and banned from future St David’s events. If you’re unable to attend this event, please cancel your tickets so that another guest on the waiting list has the opportunity to book.
• To prevent ticket touting fraud, you will be asked for your name and the booking contact may be asked to show ID
