We want you to feel safe and enjoy your shopping experience at St David's. Want to know when is best to visit us? We recommend planning your visit around our quiet times, as shown above.
Your safety is our number one priority, so we have rolled out lots of new in-centre signage to help you keep a safe distance from others while shopping.
There's also a one-way system in place. Simply follow the arrows on the floor.
We have installed hand sanitiser stations, and our in-centre cleaning teams will be working harder than ever to help make St David's a safe place for everybody.
When we first reopen, we will be monitoring capacity and our stores will have limits on the number of people who can enter. This may result in the need to queue. A queuing system will be introduced for entry to the centre should capacity be reached.
Our core opening hours remain the same as usual, but individual store opening hours are subject to change and we will be updating you on our website, so please check ahead. Some shops may not be open.
You will need to pay by card for the St David's Gift Card. Some of our stores may also only be accepting card payments; please check with them directly.
Please stick to social distancing in the lifts.
Please be thoughtful and give priority lift access to our disabled customers and those with pushchairs.
Following Welsh Government guidance, from Monday 14th September you MUST wear a face covering everywhere in St David's.
You must wear a face covering in shops, and in the indoor parts of the centre too. Please plan ahead and bring a suitable face covering with you.
It is mandatory to wear a face covering in shops and individual retailers will have their own policies on how to ensure compliance. In the mall areas, you are also required to wear a face covering and if you are not wearing one, you will be asked to do so – we do appreciate that there are reasons for exemption.
You are not required to wear a face covering while eating in restaurants. However, please wear your face covering when you order food to take away. While you are eating, your face covering must not be placed on the dining table.
