Lost & Found
If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.
We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.

Monday to Saturday: 9.30am-7pm
Sunday: 11am-5pm
Our toilets are comfortably located within our Eastside mall (near the food offer) on both the ground floor and first levels. They include changing facilities for families and adapted facilities for disabled users, including a Changing Places facility.

Many people on the autism spectrum have difficulty processing everyday sensory information, and we recognise that visiting a shopping centre can present a difficult environment to some. We have therefore introduced our new sensory toys for those needing some time out and they can be found within our Guest Services desk at St David’s.
