Lost & Found
If you believe you have lost an item within our centre, please log it on our quick and simple online form with as much information as possible. We will use the information you provide us to match with any property handed in and will contact you if we believe we have found your item.
We log all items lost in centre and use the NotLost system to manage our lost property enquiries and records.

Monday to Saturday: 9.30am-7pm
Sunday: 11am-5pm
In 2025, we want to continue to enhance St David’s for our guests, as part of improving our facilities we will be undertaken important work within the centre from early January 2025.
From 6th January, the ground floor toilet block will be closed off to the public and brands to complete works on the female toilets and parent & child facilities. The facilities will be closed for 12 weeks, however the first floor toilets and accessible toilet on the ground floor will remain open throughout the refurbishment.
Our Changing Places facilities will be closed temporarily, the nearest facilities can be found at Cardiff Bus Interchange, National Museum Cardiff or the Principality Stadium. All locations can be found here Changing Places Toilets.
The escalators between the ground and first floors by John Lewis will also be replaced as they are approaching their ‘end of service life’. To access the first floor, guests will be encouraged to use the nearby lifts by Costa, and the nearby escalators by Superdrug.

We have therefore introduced our new sensory toys for those needing some time out and they can be found within our Guest Services desk at St David’s.
