We're so excited to welcome The Ivy Collection's first Welsh brasserie to St David's this winter. Located on The Hayes, the new restaurant will offer sophisticated yet friendly all-day dining in a beautiful setting complete with interiors inspired by Cardiff's heritage. Whether you're visiting for breakfast, lunch, dinner or afternoon tea, the menus see modern British classics featuring seasonal ingredients. Alongside the food menus will also be an exciting series of locally inspired drinks and an extensive Champagne and wine list.
