Calling all Gavin & Stacey fans... we've got a tidy treat for you!
Oh, what's occurring? To celebrate the last-ever episode of Gavin & Stacey (airing on Christmas Day), we’re paying homage to the legendary Nessa (aka Vanessa Shanessa Jenkins) by renaming our iconic Grand Arcade mall to Nessa’s Grand Arcade, AND by bringing you a life-sized replica of 'Nessa's Slots' – a Barry Island-inspired amusement arcade!
Join us on Saturday 21st December on the Upper Level of St David's near Apple between 9.30am and 6pm, for one day only, to discover a life-sized replica of 'Nessa’s Slots' with a seaside arcade scene, complete with free play-to-win claw machines. There will be more than 2,000 prizes up for grabs (while stocks last) including taps, celebrations, omelette makers and of course, Welsh fishing trip books (will we find out what happened with Uncle Bryn and Jason?). And did we mention that everyone who plays on our claw machines will be a winner. How genuine is that?
And if that wasn't cracking enough, ‘Nessa’s Grand Arcade’ will be officially unveiled with a commemorative plaque on Saturday 21st December, just days before the screening of the last-ever episode.
Don’t get us wrong, but to be honest, at the end of the day, when all’s said and done… it's gonna be a tidy day and we'd love to see you there alright?
